[1]The Respondent’s name be amended to Sandstone Care (Much Hoole) Limited.[2]The Claimant’s claim for constructive dismissal brought under case number 2409310/2022 is out of time and is struck out.[3]The Claimant’s claim for Intimidation and Victimisation is struck out as a stand alone claim, although the facts relied upon may be used to support the claim for discrimination where appropriate.[4]The Respondent’s other applications for strike out are refused.[5]The Respondent’s application for a deposit order for the Claimant’s claim for discrimination in relation to the alleged failure to provide an end of probation meeting is allowed.[6]The Respondent’s other applications for deposit orders are refused.
