UPON NOTING THAT: a) Neither the Claimant nor the Respondent has attended the hearing; b) Attempts were made by the Tribunal to contact the Claimant’s lay representative, Mr Hall, on the telephone number and two email addresses provided by him; and c) It appears that none of the directions set out in the case management order of Employment Judge T Brown dated 11th March 2025 have been complied with by either party.[1]The Claimant’s claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination on the grounds of race, discrimination on the grounds of age and arrears of pay are dismissed for non-attendance pursuant to Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024.
