Mr P BaylissClaimantRigby's Fruit LtdRespondent
Employment Judge Tom Ryan DateDate 6 November 2018

JUDGMENT

The judgment of the Tribunal is that the claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]On 8 October 2018 the claimant failed to attend a hearing or inform the tribunal why he had not attended.[2]By a letter dated 9 October 2018 the tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity by 16 November 2018 to explain his non-attendance.[3]The claimant has failed to respond to the tribunal.[4]I therefore consider the claimant is failing actively to pursue his case.[5]The claim is therefore struck out pursuant to rule 37 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.
