JUDGMENT
[1]The correct respondent is Mr Steve Moore.[2]The claimant’s suffered an unlawful deduction of wages and her claim for unlawful deduction of wages brought under Section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 as amended is well founded. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £768 net in respect of unpaid wages (96 hours @ £8 per hour net).[3]The claimant’s claim for accrued unpaid holidays is well founded, and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant outstanding accrued holidays in the sum of £384 (48 hours @ £8 per hour net).[4]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £1460 for failing to provide terms and conditions of employment in accordance with Section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[5]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant Tribunal fees in the sum of £390.
