REASONS
[1]The respondent company was in administration and was dissolved on 5 December 2019. Neither the consent of the Administrator nor the permission of the court was obtained, prior to the dissolution of the company, for these proceedings to be instituted or continued as required by the Insolvency Act 1986.[2]On 25 June 2020, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to give written reasons why the claim should not be struck out as it had not been actively pursued. The claimant has failed to give an acceptable reason.[3]The claim is therefore struck out.
