JUDGMENT
[1]The tribunal has jurisdiction to consider the complaints of unfair dismissal and the claim for holiday pay. Although the claim was presented after the expiry of the statutory time limit, it was not reasonably practicable for the claimant to present his claim within the time limit and he presented it within such further period as the tribunal considers reasonable.[2]The tribunal has jurisdiction to consider the complaint of victimisation. Although the claim was presented after the expiry of the statutory time limit, it was presented in such other period as the tribunal considers just and equitable.
