JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant presented her unfair dismissal claim out of time in circumstances when it would have been reasonably practicable for her to present it in time. This claim is dismissed.[2]The claimant presented her claim of disability discrimination out of time in circumstances when it would not be just and equitable to extend time to the date of actual presentation. This claim is dismissed.[3]The claimant is not a disabled person as defined by s.6 Equality Act 2010 by virtue of her diagnosed mental impairment of stress, anxiety and depression.
