JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant having raised no objection to the correction of the respondent’s name to “John Cotton Group Limited T/A Snuggledown” by the deadline of 7 days following 6 June 2018 the respondent’s name is amended accordingly.[2]The respondent’s application to strike out the claimant’s claim on the basis that the claimant’s claim had no reasonable prospect of success is well-founded. The claimant’s claim, taken in its entirety and at its highest based upon the claimant’s ET1, appears not to identify any grounds of claim which could reasonably lead to a finding that the claimant was unfairly dismissed. Accordingly the claimant’s claim is struck out in accordance with Rule 37 of the Employment Tribunal Rules Of Procedure.
