JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to pay the claimant for wages due for 1-10 May 2024 and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £3287.67 in respect of the amount deducted.[2]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to pay the claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken holiday on termination of employment and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £2958.90 in respect of the amount deducted.[3]The respondent was in breach of contract by failing to pay £667.76 of employer’s pension contributions to the claimant’s pension scheme and is ordered to pay damages to the claimant of £667.76 in respect of this breach.
