JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s employment transferred, on or about 21 November 2022, to the respondent pursuant to the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006;[2]The claimant was automatically unfairly dismissed by the respondent for asserting a statutory right and is entitled to a basic award of £376.25. No compensatory award shall be made;[3]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant compensation in the net sum of £684.74;[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s accrued unused holiday entitlement, due at termination of his employment, and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £992.87;[5]The respondent failed to give the claimant the minimum statutory notice of the termination of his employment and is ordered to pay the claimant damages in the sum of £342.37 for such default.
