JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant's claims against the second respondent, Cherish UK Limited, are successful with regard to her ordinary unfair dismissal claim, her automatic unfair dismissal claim arising out of a TUPE transfer, notice pay, holiday pay and failure to infirm and consult.[2]The claimant's claims in relation to discrimination arising from disability and redundancy pay both fail and are dismissed.[3]Making Space Limited have not attended at the hearing as they have dealt with this matter with the claimant under a COT3. Case No. 2404418/2018[4]Bespoke Support Living Limited did not attend but that is a company which is now dissolved.
