JUDGMENT

[1]The respondents’ application to strike out the complaints of the claimant on the grounds that they were out of time hereby fails and is dismissed.

[2]In relation to complaints brought by the claimant under the Employment Rights Act, it was not reasonably practicable for her to submit her complaints in time. They were submitted within a reasonable period thereafter, as per s111 Employment Rights Act 1996.

[3]In relation to complaints brought under the Equality Act 2010, it was just and equitable under s123 of that Act to extend time to allow the complaints to be presented late.
