[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £2,423.25.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £3,634.88.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s accrued but untaken annual leave entitlement on termination of employment and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £3,640.26[4]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of unpaid wages and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £2,584.62.[5]The total amount payable by the respondent to the claimant under this judgment is the gross sum of £12,283.01.
