Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules of Procedure – Rule 21 The judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages and unpaid holiday pay are well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in the period of April 2024 and failed to pay him for holidays accrued but not taken.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant £3,263.89 which is the gross sum deducted. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance.
