[1]The following complaints are dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant:(a) The complaint under section 57A Employment Rights Act 1996(b) The complaints of disability discrimination under the Equality Act 2010(c) The complaints of sex discrimination or harassment related to sex under the Equality Act 2010.[2]The sole remaining complaint of breach of contract in relation to notice pay will proceed to hearing at 10.00 am on Tuesday 21 August 2018 before an Employment Judge sitting alone with a time estimate of one hour. The four day final hearing listed 21-24 August 2018 is cancelled. Case management orders for this hearing will be issued separately.
