JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s proceedings against the second respondent Ms Moody, are dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant.[2]The claimant’s claims against the first respondent in respect of complaints of:-  unfair dismissal (Section 98 and Section 103A of the Employment Rights Act 1996;  unlawful discrimination based upon the protected characteristic of sex including victimisation and harassment,  indirect discrimination based upon the protected characteristic of race, are dismissed following the withdrawal by the claimant. _____________________________ Employment Judge Kolanko Date 06 December 2017[1]The claims of direct race discrimination are not well founded.
