JUDGMENT

[1]The complaints of race discrimination and harassment set out at sections 1 to 39 of the claimant’s schedule served on 16 February 2017 are struck out.[2]For the avoidance of doubt, it is recorded that the complaints of race discrimination and harassment set out in sections 40 and 41 of the schedule will proceed to a determination.

REASONS

[1]The claimant was ordered to pay deposits totalling £1,000.00 following a preliminary hearing held on 4 October 2017. The order was sent to the claimant on 13 October 2017.[2]In order to comply with the order the claimant was required to pay some or all of the sums ordered by 5 January 2018.[3]The claimant has failed to pay any of the deposits.[4]The complaints race discrimination and harassment set out at sections 1 to 39 of the claimant’s schedule served on 16 February 2017 are struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.
