JUDGMENT
The parties hereto have agreed terms of settlement. The Hearing of this case is stayed to allow for implementation of the terms of settlement set out in an Agreement signed by the parties’ representatives and a copy of which is retained on the tribunal’s file. If neither party shall apply, on or before 6 August 2018, for the case to be restored to the list for hearing, it shall, the claimant’s consent having been given to the tribunal, be treated as withdrawn by the claimant upon settlement and shall stand dismissed on that basis, without further Order.
