Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The respondent not having presented a response to the claim and on the information before the Employment Judge, the Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £2,645.51 (comprising 3 weeks sick pay at £89.39 per week - £268.17, £1,086.00 unpaid wages for November 2017 - after giving credit for £1,000.00 received, 3 days pay totalling £369.24 and 7.5 days holiday pay/compensation for accrued paid annual leave not taken at £123.08 per day totalling £923.10).[2]The hearing listed on 22 May 2018 is cancelled.
