JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was unfairly constructively dismissed by the respondent, for the reason of redundancy, on 13 November 2017.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant compensation for unfair dismissal in the sum of £1500, comprising a Basic Award of £900 (representing 3 years continuous employment when aged over 22 years at her weekly pay of £300) and a compensatory award of £600 for loss of statutory rights.[3]No further award is made as the respondent had no more work to give the claimant.[4]The Employment Protection (Recoupment of Benefits) Regulations 1996 do not apply to this award.
