Employment Judge Pirani DateDate 4 April 2019

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 19 March 2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because:  without explanation or notice, she failed to attend the Telephone Case Management Hearing listed for 15 March 2019  she has not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 24 January 2019, as to the provision of further information in respect of your claim, or provision of a Schedule of Loss (paragraphs 1 and 3 of that Order)  the claim is not being actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 25-28 November 2019 is cancelled.
