[1]By a letter dated 19 March 2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because: without explanation or notice, she failed to attend the Telephone Case Management Hearing listed for 15 March 2019 she has not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 24 January 2019, as to the provision of further information in respect of your claim, or provision of a Schedule of Loss (paragraphs 1 and 3 of that Order) the claim is not being actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 25-28 November 2019 is cancelled.
