[1]By email dated 8 August 2018 the tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because:a. the claimant had not complied with the Order of the tribunal dated 13 April 2018b. it was not being actively pursued[2]The claimant was given until 4 PM on Thursday, 9 August 2018 to respond.[3]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing.
