Ms T Walker v Burford and Brooks Estate Agents and Asif Ali: 2404080/2018
JUDGMENT
The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 29 June 2018 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations (or to request a hearing to do so) as to why the claim should not be struck out because• the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 21 May 2018, and/or• it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make any representations or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out because of a failure to comply with case management orders and because it has not been actively pursued.[3]The hearing fixed for 28 January to 4 February 2019 will not take place. _____________________________ Employment Judge Franey 25 July 2018[1]The complaint unfair constructive dismissal against Mr Ali is withdrawn.[2]This judgment does not affect the remainder of the claim against Mr Ali; nor does it affect the complaint of unfair constructive dismissal against Burford and Brooks Estates Limited.
