JUDGMENT
On the respondent’s application, the claimant's claims are dismissed because:[1]The claims were previously presented by the claimant to the Tribunal under claim number 2401734/2016 which was struck out by Employment Judge Robinson in a Judgment sent to the parties on 2 November 2016. The claimant's current claims have already been determined.[2]Furthermore the claimant’s claims (2404009/2018) were presented to the Tribunal out of time in circumstances where it would have been reasonably practicable for her to have presented her unfair dismissal claim in time, and where it would not be just and equitable to extend time in respect of her claims of sex discrimination and disability discrimination.
