JUDGMENT
[1]The complaints in relation to holiday pay, unpaid wages and notice pay are dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.[2]By consent, the respondent was in breach of contract by failing to pay to the pension scheme the employee pension contributions deducted from the pay of the claimant and the employer’s pension contributions for the claimant by the required dates.[3]There will be a remedy hearing on 20 September 2023 to determine the damages payable to the claimant for this breach of contract unless, before that date, the respondent has paid the relevant contributions to the scheme.
