[1]The claimant’s claim of breach of contract was presented before the claimant’s effective date of termination on 30th of June 2022. The Tribunal therefore has no jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s claim of breach of contract and it is struck out on this basis. [1]By a letter dated 3 December 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had failed to actively pursue the claim and comply with the directions of EJ Aspinall of 16th January 2023, as laid out in the respondent’s email of 17th November 2023.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 17-19 January 2024 will not take place.
