JUDGMENT

The judgment of the Tribunal is that; The claimant's claim of unfair constructive dismissal pursuant to the provisions of Part X Employment Rights Act 1996 is not well founded and is dismissed. The claimant’s claim of direct discrimination because of age and harassment related to age, pursuant to S13 and S26 Equality Act 2010 is well founded. Case No. 2403892/2017 The parties having agreed terms of settlement, a hearing to determine remedy is not required and the matter shall be treated as concluded without further order.
