Upon the respondent not appearing and having provided to the Tribunal a reason for this and documents for use at this hearing but not specifically requested an adjournment and the Tribunal finding that it was appropriate to proceed in her absence and after reading all of the documents submitted to the Tribunal by the respondent, including all of those received on the day, and hearing the claimant it is the Judgment of the Tribunal that[1]the claimant was an employee and/or a worker of the respondent and[2]the claimant’s complaint that she suffered unlawful deductions from her wages is well founded AND in respect of the claimant’s complaint the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of eight hundred and sixteen pounds (£816.00), in respect of which the claimant shall account to Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs for any income tax and/or National Insurance Contributions that may be due
