JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant is entitled to receive a redundancy payment from the respondent in the sum of £8,925.[2]The respondent breached the claimant's contract with regard to notice of termination. The claimant is awarded 12 weeks’ pay at £357 per week, £4,284, subject to the usual statutory deductions.[3]The respondent failed to pay to the claimant holiday pay due to him on termination of employment. The respondent shall pay to the claimant one week’s holiday pay of £357 subject to the usual statutory deductions.[4]The respondent shall pay to the claimant in consequence of the above £13,566 subject to statutory deductions in respect of notice pay and holiday pay.
