[1]The name of the respondent is amended from Core TV Solutions to Core TV Solutions Limited.[2]The claimant presented this claim within the time limits at section 164 Employment Rights Act 1996 (ERA)[3]The claimant was dismissed for reason of redundancy on 30 October 2021.[4]Under the terms set out in Part XI ERA, the claimant is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment of £6800 calculated as follows:-[5]X 1 x £544 = £2720 5 X 1.5 x £544 = £4080 Total = £6800 5. The respondent is ORDERED to now pay to the claimant the sum of £6800.
