JUDGMENT

[1]The name of the respondent is amended to “Miss Confectionery Limited”.[2]The claim is amended to include a complaint of breach of contract in respect of failure to give notice of termination of employment.[3]The respondent made unlawful deductions from wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1418.40 being the total sum unlawfully deducted.[4]The respondent was in breach of contract by dismissing the claimant without notice and is ordered to pay to the claimant damages of £235.20 for breach of contract.
