JUDGMENT
[1]The claimants claim of unlawful deduction from wages and entitlement to holiday pay is well founded and succeeds.[2]For the claim of unpaid wages brought by the claimant the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £2007.96[3]For the claimant’s claim to holiday pay, the respondent is to pay the claimant the gross sum of £351.39.[4]The total sum payable by the respondent to the claimant is £2359.35. This figure has been calculated using gross weekly pay and the respondent is to deduct from that amount the required sum payable to HM Revenue and Customs for Income Tax and National Insurance.
