[1]The judgment of the Tribunal is that:(1) The complaints of disability discrimination and victimisation brought under the Equality Act 2010 are not well founded which means the claim is not well founded.(2) In relation to the complaint of indirect discrimination brought under section 19 Equality Act 2010, was presented out of time contrary to section 123 Equality Act 2010.
