JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint that the respondent failed to pay him accrued holiday pay on the termination of his working relationship with the company is wellfounded.[2]The Tribunal declares that the claimant’s complaint under section 23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well-founded.[3]The amount of holiday pay due to the claimant is £751.09 and the amount of wages unpaid to the claimant is £425.09.[4]The total sum due to the claimant therefore is £1,176.18 which shall be paid by the respondent to the claimant forthwith.
