BY CONSENT It is the judgment of the Tribunal , by consent, that: The respondent do pay the claimant the sum of £797.10 in respect of her claims for unlawful deductions from wages, and in part , her claim for holiday pay. For the avoidance of doubt, the claimant is entitled to pursue the remaining balance of her holiday pay claim, which will proceed to a hearing.
