Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 22 Having heard the claimant’s reply dated 15 December 2024, Judge Johnson makes the following decision:(1) The respondent’s name is varied to ‘N J Yarns Distributors Limited’.(2) The respondent and the claimant have confirmed that this company was the correct respondent.(3) Proceedings were re-served at this company’s registered office as this has remained the correct address according to Companies House for the service of documents. No administrator has been formally recoded as being appointed, despite what the respondent has said in an email dated 3 October 2024.(4) No response has been received from the respondent.(5) Consequently, the respondent is found to have made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £404.00.
