JUDGMENT
[1]The decision to reject part of the claim, that the respondent subjected the claimant to a detriment on the ground that he had made a protected disclosure, was wrong and is reconsidered under rule 14(1)(a) of the Employment Tribunal rules of procedure.[2]The following complaints are dismissed on withdrawal: unauthorised deduction from wages contrary to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996; failure to provide a statement of employment particulars contrary to section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996; and failure to provide an itemised pay statement contrary to section 8 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.
