[1]The complaint of unlawful deductions from pay succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £708.00 unlawfully deducted from her pay for May 2017.[2]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to notice succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £256.00 as damages for breach of contract representing one week’s pay.[3]The complaint of a failure to pay holiday pay succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1,792.64 in respect of holidays accrued but untaken at the date of termination of employment.[4]The total amount payable by the respondent to the claimant is therefore £2,756.64.
