[1]The claimant’s complaints of race and religion discrimination harassment at11.4.1 and11.4.2 of the List of Issues 11.4.1 In December 2023 Lorna Radcliffe mouthed the words I’m watching you and made a hand gesture to accompany them at the claimant.
