[1]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s holiday pay and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £213.84.[2]The respondent breached the claimant’s contract by failing to give notice of termination and is ordered to pay damages of £426.00.[3]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £639.00.[4]The claimant was unfairly dismissed.[5]The tribunal makes no basic award, as payment of the redundancy payment will reduce it to zero. The claimant withdrew her claim for any other remedy.
