[1]By a letter dated 28th November 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations, or to request a hearing at which to do so, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it had not been actively pursued. The claimant did not participate in the previous hearing and had not responded to the Tribunal’s letter of 8th October 2024.[2]The claimant did not reply.[3]The claim has not been actively pursued and is therefore struck out.[4]The hearing fixed for 3rd January 2025 will not take place.
