JUDGMENT
By consent, it is the judgment of the Tribunal that:-[1]The Respondent shall make payment to the Claimant as follows:a. Payment in the sum of £2,939.92 in respect of unpaid wages for the period 18 to 23 February 2017 inclusive; andb. Payment in lieu of the Executive Pension Supplement in the sum of £11,217.66 in respect of the Claimant’s notice period; subject to prior deduction of income tax and employee’s National Insurance Contributions.[2]Such payments shall be made, within 28 days of the date on which this judgment is sent to the parties, to the Claimant’s representatives (bank details to be advised).
