JUDGMENT

[1]The effective date of termination of the claimant’s employment was 10 December 2021.

[2]The claimant’s complaints ofa. unfair dismissal and automatically unfair public interest disclosure dismissal and

b. public interest disclosure detriment and

c. breach of contract notice pay and golf trip stand dismissed. He did not bring them in time and he could not show that it was not reasonably practicable for him to have done so.

[3]The claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages under Section 13 and 23 Employment Rights Act 1996 proceeds to final hearing. Case management orders have been made to prepare the case.
