EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2403417/2022
Mr A MazurClaimantInnov8 Energy LtdRespondent
Employment Judge HolmesDate 5 October 2023

JUDGMENT

The claim of failure to pay a redundancy payment is struck out

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 7 June 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why part of the claim, namely failure to pay a redundancy payment should not be struck out because the claimant lacks the requisite two years service to present such a claim.[2]The claimant has not responded to the strike out warning.[3]That part of the claims is therefore struck out. This judgment does not affect the claimant’s other claims. Employment Judge Holmes Date: 9 December 2022[1]By a letter dated 12 May 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because  it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
