JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim that the respondent breached her contract of employment with regard to notice and that she was wrongfully dismissed is withdrawn and is dismissed.[2]The claimant’s application to amend her claim, to include a claim that she was subjected to detriment on the ground that she had made a protected disclosure, detailed in a document tabled by the claimant at today’s preliminary hearing entitled “Claimant’s List of Issues” at paragraph 4 is granted with the respondent’s consent.
