Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The time for presentation of a response having elapsed and no response being received from the respondent, it is the judgment of the Tribunal that the claimant’s claims are well founded, and it makes the following awards:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £4,000.00.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £400.00.[3]These are gross sums and the claimant is to account to HMRC for any tax and national insurance due upon them.
