Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claimant was automatically unfairly dismissed contrary to Section 99 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant compensation in the sum of £5,200.00 representing loss of earnings in the sum of £4850.00 net and loss of statutory rights in the sum of £350.00.[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1,000.00.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1,160.00.[4]Pursuant to section 38 of the Employment Act 200, the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £400.00 representing two weeks’ pay for non-provision of a written statement of particulars of employment.[5]The hearing on 27 September 2017 is cancelled.
