Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013, Rule 21 The respondent not having presented a response to the claim and on the information before the Judge,[1]The claim for unlawful deduction from wages in accordance with section 23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded.[2]The respondent failed to pay the claimant for 136 hours that he worked in January 2024 and 62 hours that he worked in February 2024 at the hourly rate of pay of £10.42.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay the gross sum of £2063.16.
