Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The complaint that the respondent failed to comply with a requirement of s.188 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 is well-founded.[2]There shall be a protective award paid in respect of the protected period as defined by s.189(4) of the Act and which shall, in respect of each of the claimant’s 4 members, namely, Steven Brown, Christopher Buhagiar, Anita Holmes and Matthew Kopanski, each of whom was dismissed as redundant on 7 March 2017, be the period of 90 days beginning on 7 March 2017.[3]The hearing listed on 17 January 2018 is cancelled.
