JUDGMENT

[1]The following complaints are dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant with immediate effect:(a) The complaint of direct sex discrimination contrary to section 13 Equality Act 2010;(b) The complaint that the respondent failed to offer the claimant suitable alternative work prior to suspension from work on maternity grounds contrary to section 67 Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The following complaints are dismissed on withdrawal with effect from 4.00pm on Friday 13 October 2017 unless before that time the claimant has notified the Tribunal and the respondent in writing of the basis on which it is asserted the Tribunal has jurisdiction over these matters:(a) The complaint of a breach of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999;(b) The complaint of harassment related to pregnancy and maternity contrary to section 26 Equality Act 2010.
